For a large Belgian organisation operating within a complex IT and data environment, the consultant will analyse end-to-end data flows across multiple applications, databases and interfaces, and define a comprehensive strategy for data anonymisation and test data management. The objective is to establish a secure, compliant and sustainable approach to managing sensitive data in non-production environments while preserving data consistency, referential integrity and business usability. The consultant will work with business, IT, architecture, security and data governance stakeholders to translate testing scenarios and business needs into validated functional and technical requirements. Deliverables include an assessment of the data landscape and current practices, documented data flows and risks, a strategy, recommendations, and a structured requirements package supporting a potential procurement specification and market consultation process planned for early 2027.
