3. Site purpose

The site presents the recruitment activity of Sivel Labs SRL, operated under the Sivel Labs Talents brand / section — permanent roles, freelance and interim assignments, and leadership searches in technology, life sciences and finance — and lists its open positions. Browsing is free and unrestricted. The contact form allows direct contact with the Sivel Labs Talents team.

4. Intellectual property

All site content (text, structure, design, source code, logos) is the exclusive property of Sivel Labs SRL or its partners (notably CareerToolbox.AI for the technical platform). Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

Job listings exposed in JSON format via the public API /api/public/v1/orgs/sivel-labs-talents/jobs are made available for integration into third-party sites, subject to: (a) no large-scale commercial scraping, (b) attribution "Powered by CareerToolbox.AI / Sivel Labs", (c) compliance with the rate limit of 120 requests/minute per IP.

5. Service availability

The site is provided as is. Sivel Labs SRL takes reasonable measures to ensure high availability, without a contractual SLA for simple browsing. Any SLA linked to a commercial mandate is governed by the dedicated framework agreement.

6. Limitation of liability

Sivel Labs SRL declines any liability for direct or indirect damages resulting from site use, within the limits authorized by applicable Belgian law. Job listing content reflects information transmitted by Sivel Labs clients; we do not guarantee its accuracy beyond publication time.

9. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels, except where mandatory contrary legal provisions apply.

10. AI crawlers and public content reuse

Public site content (job listings, agency descriptions, schema.org metadata) is explicitly opt-in for indexation and reuse by AI answer engines (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, etc.) via our robots.txt and llms.txt. This policy reflects our business strategy: we want to be findable in AI answers to queries like "recruitment agency in Belgium". The authorization covers: (a) crawling and indexation, (b) citation in generated answers with backlink to sivel-labs.be, (c) inclusion in retrieval-augmented generation datasets. It does NOT cover: (i) reuse of the logo, trade name or trademarks (which remain protected per §4 above), (ii) verbatim copying beyond 200 characters without attribution, (iii) republication on competitor aggregator sites.
