Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, supporting the design, development and implementation of Generative AI solutions. Analyse business requirements, translate business needs and processes into functional and technical specifications, and collaborate with AI engineers and other teams on end-to-end solutions. Support implementation in an Agile environment, promoting an iterative, MVP-driven approach and practical, cost-efficient solutions that create measurable business value. Facilitate stakeholder discussions, define and monitor KPIs, explain GenAI concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and support adoption and continuous improvement.
> Profile and essential requirements
Proven experience as a Functional Analyst or Business Analyst in a corporate environment. Demonstrable experience analysing and supporting the implementation of Generative AI solutions, strong functional knowledge of AI and GenAI technologies, and a good understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), their capabilities and limitations. Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications; practical experience with AWS and/or Azure AI technologies, with particular emphasis on AWS; knowledge of prompt engineering and AI guardrails; and experience working with Agile methodologies and MVP-driven delivery. Strong stakeholder management, communication and analytical skills, and the ability to challenge technical solutions and assess their business value. The consultant should be comfortable operating in a multilingual Belgian environment: English professional fluency, French professional working proficiency and Dutch professional working proficiency. Strong proficiency in two languages is expected, while a lower level in either French or Dutch may be considered. Senior / Expert; Generative AI / Functional Analysis, AWS Cloud & AI Services and Python Scripting are expected at approximately 3–5 years; LLMs require strong functional understanding, prompt engineering practical experience, AI guardrails practical understanding, AWS AgentCore basic to confirmed knowledge, Microsoft Copilot Studio knowledge of agentic AI solutions, Azure AI relevant implementation experience, Data Analytics & Visualisation good working knowledge, and Agile / MVP Delivery proven experience.

The ideal candidate is not necessarily a full-time AI developer but must be technically confident enough to challenge AI engineers, understand architectural decisions and contribute meaningfully to the design and implementation of AI solutions. The candidate should be comfortable moving between business discussions, technical workshops and hands-on analysis while maintaining a strong focus on measurable outcomes.
