OT Data Engineer

We are looking for an experienced OT Data Engineer to join an OT Network Management Systems team within a large critical infrastructure environment. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management and further development of the OT data processing environment, handling large volumes of real-time data coming from field systems and flowing towards historical databases and data platforms. This is a hands-on role combining system administration, data engineering, database management and OT infrastructure. You will ensure the stability, security, performance and continuous evolution of the OT data environment, while supporting business-critical OT applications and environments and contributing to new data products and integration projects. What we're looking for Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a System Administrator within an ICT infrastructure environment. Minimum 4 years of experience building new data products, integrations and/or data-related projects. Minimum 4 years of experience setting up and maintaining Linux environments. Minimum 4 years of experience setting up and maintaining Oracle environments. Minimum 4 years of experience working with relational databases, including Oracle, SQL and PL/SQL. Proven experience with Python scripting and Shell scripting. System Engineer-level experience with at least one of the following: Unix, Linux or Windows. Higher education degree, Bachelor or Master, or equivalent professional experience. Strong learning agility and a proactive working attitude. Dutch at CEFR C2 level; Dutch C2 is a mandatory requirement for this position.
