Medior .NET Developer – Customer Portal

Fluvius is looking for a Medior .NET Developer to join its Customer Portal product team. The team develops, supports and continuously evolves digital applications used by Fluvius end customers. The role covers new functional development, maintenance and optimisation of existing web applications, with end-to-end responsibility across analysis, design, development, testing and support within an Agile environment. What we're looking for - Minimum 3 years of demonstrated experience developing .NET-based applications. - Minimum 4 years of experience with .NET Core. - Minimum 4 years of experience with C# and ASP.NET. - Minimum 4 years of experience with Entity Framework / ORM technologies. - Minimum 4 years of development experience on Microsoft Azure. - Demonstrated experience with Azure API Management. - Demonstrated experience with Azure App Services. - Demonstrated experience with Azure Data Factory. - Demonstrated experience with Azure Service Fabric. - Experience with federated authentication using SAML and/or OAuth. - Dutch at CEFR C2 level is mandatory. Nice-to-have - Minimum 4 years of experience with front-end technologies, including JavaScript, HTML and CSS. - Minimum 3 years of experience with Angular 2 or higher. - Minimum 3 years of experience with web services, including WCF / SOAP and Web API / REST. - Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle or other relational database technologies. - Experience with Unit Testing. - Experience working within an Agile software development environment. - Familiarity with ITIL-based organisations, particularly Incident Management, Change Management and Release Management. - You are an analytical and solution-oriented developer who quickly understands existing applications, architecture and business processes. - You combine strong technical expertise with a sense of ownership and responsibility, are comfortable working independently while remaining a strong team player within a multidisciplinary product team, and are proactive, structured and quality-focused, with particular attention to performance, maintainability and sustainable technical solutions. - You are also eager to continuously develop your technical knowledge and learn new technologies and business domains. Additional details The workload is approximately two-thirds project work and one-third maintenance and incident follow-up. - Contribute to functional analyses and translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Prepare technical designs for new functionalities. - Assess the technical feasibility of new requests and change requests. - Actively contribute to continuous improvement of application architecture and code quality. - Develop, maintain and optimise web applications within the Customer Portal. - Support existing applications across project, maintenance and incident activities. - Deliver functional enhancements in line with business and technical requirements. - Resolve incidents and technical issues within agreed service levels. - Perform technical analyses and propose sustainable solutions. - Develop high-quality, maintainable and performant software. - Create and execute unit tests. - Support integration, system and acceptance testing. - Apply development guidelines, best practices and internal IT standards. - Document analyses, developments and technical solutions. - Work closely with Product Owners, analysts, developers, testers and other stakeholders. - Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, refinements, reviews and retrospectives. - Support release activities and contribute to controlled deployment of new functionalities. - Share knowledge actively within the team. - Follow existing change and release management processes. - Support the preparation, execution and follow-up of releases. - Monitor quality, risks and stability during production changes.
