Functional & Testing Analyst – Energy Transition

To support the continued development of digital solutions related to the energy transition, the assignment involves joining an Energy Transition team of approximately 15 people responsible for applications supporting customer access to energy consumption data, energy communities and the management of customers in vulnerable situations. The application landscape includes a digital data hub, ERP solutions, mobile and web applications and multiple integrations through web services. The role combines functional analysis, solution design, testing, application support and coordination with business stakeholders, developers and external partners. Responsibilities cover functional analysis, testing and quality assurance, application management and support throughout the development lifecycle. What we're looking for - Minimum 5 years of experience as a Functional Analyst - minimum 5 years of experience with end to end testing and test coordination - minimum 5 years of experience with energy market regulation, including MIG and UMIG processes - fluent French or Dutch, with a good knowledge of the other national language - ISTQB certification - proven experience coordinating testing activities between business stakeholders, Functional Analysts, developers and Project Managers - proven experience designing and executing test scenarios - proven experience in requirement analysis - proven experience with incident and problem analysis - experience providing second line application support - proven experience with Jira - proven experience using SQL queries for functional, testing or incident analysis - proven experience working in Scrum environments - proven experience with XML and message validation. Should have requirements: experience with a modelling tool such as Enterprise Architect; good knowledge of UML; experience working with web services and system integrations; experience in complex application environments involving ERP, web and mobile applications.
