Databricks Trainer | Training Assignment

We are looking for experienced Databricks Trainers to support the expansion of the internal learning offering of a large organisation active in the utilities sector. The supplier will propose two fully operational trainers as well as one backup trainer, and all proposed trainers must meet the mandatory requirements of the assignment. The selected trainers will design, prepare and deliver high-quality classroom-based and potentially other forms of Databricks training to internal employees and potentially other stakeholders across several locations in Flanders and Brussels. Training will cover the Databricks platform and its practical use within modern data environments, including SQL, Python, data analytics, data engineering, machine learning, data warehousing and data governance. The training content may evolve during the contract, and additional modules or extensions may be requested depending on future business needs. What we're looking for - CEFR C2-level proficiency in Dutch - at least 2 years of demonstrable experience as a trainer or instructor - at least 3 years of hands-on experience with the Databricks platform - strong knowledge of SQL and Python for data analytics and machine learning within Databricks - ability to travel to all required locations in Flanders and Brussels - availability to organise and deliver a training session within six weeks following a request ability to attend classroom-based training locations from 07:30 when required; and previous experience delivering comparable technical training programmes. The proposal must include at least two relevant training references, specifying the client or organisation, date or period, training content, short description of the assignment, and industry or sector. Candidates should be comfortable delivering training around Databricks platform fundamentals, data engineering workflows, SQL and Python within Databricks, data analysis, data warehousing, data governance, machine learning, data visualisation, hands-on labs and practical business use cases.
